What is a Kundalini Yoga class like?
Each class is unique, but all classes are formatted into sets taught by Yogi
Bhajan. The sets can be for the spine, the glands, stress relief, abdominal strengthening, releasing toxins, mental balance, etc. There is a guided relaxation after the set, and then a meditation. Meditations include mudras, focus, breath and sometimes mantra.

Each person works to the best of their ability. No experience is necessary and individual attention is available as needed. Kundalini yoga is not about perfecting postures. We want to make sure that the postures are performed safely. The breathing and mental focus is most important. If you can breathe, you can do Kundalini Yoga!
