Through the practice of kundalini yoga postures, kriyas, pranayama, meditation and naad yoga we increase our awareness. We become more present to and aware of our experience of body, mind, and emotions, and learn how to transform discomfort into radiance. Hari Simran Kaur (inside) everyone

1:00-3:00 Discover your Creative Identity. Every breath, every thought, every movement is an act of creation. Our identity - who we are, how we are seen - is an outcome of that process. Creativity is by definition a dangerous, exciting act in its relationship between the seen and the unseen worlds; between the known and the unknown. When out of balance, it can lead to feeling stuck; feeling out of control, even a felt sense of insanity. When in balance, there is an ongoing communication between the finite and the Infinite; we are in the Cosmic Flow; an Ecstatic Dance. In this internal relationship, our Identity is established as equally dynamic, alive and evolving. In this Workshop we will dive deeply into ourselves, working at that creative edge, with Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and the sound current of the Gong. Gurcharan Singh Khalsa (inside) everyone
